Shania Twain Tickets

Few female country singers are as successful as Shania Twain. The Canadian crooner has sold more than 80 million albums over the course of her career, and forged a devoted and loyal fan base in the process. As a result, buying Shania Twain tickets offers music fans an experience like no other.

Early success
Twain’s success came quickly. After signing with Mercury Nashville, once home to Reba McEntire and Tanya Tucker, she changed her moniker from Eileen to Shania. Her 1993 self-titled debut was not only a hit in Canada, but also earned her some fans in the U.S. as well. Though it may not have sold as well as her later records, it earned considerable critical praise and set the pace for the rest of her career. Throughout the remainder of the 90s, Twain continued to have success as she adopted a more pop-country oriented sound. She released the album, The Woman in Me, and gained commercial success. At the time, it was unlike anything else in country music. She wooed audiences with tracks like “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?” and “Any Man of Mine,” which became her first No. 1 hit. Her song, “No One Needs To Know” was selected for the original soundtrack for the hit 1996 film, “Twister.”

The popularity and hiatus
Her popularity reached a high point in 1997 with the release of Come on Over. The album featured a number of Twain’s biggest hits including “Still the One” and “Man I Feel Like a Woman” and went on to sell more than 40 million copies worldwide.

After another popular album, 2002’s Up, Twain was firmly placed in the pantheon of female country singers along the likes of Dolly Parton and Faith Hill. The record consisted of three released discs: country/acoustic (green CD), pop/rock (red CD), and world/dance (blue CD). The album was given four out of five stars by Rolling Stone magazine. It made it in the top five in many different countries such as Australia, Germany and France.

In 2004, she released a Greatest Hits album, which did extremely well selling millions of copies in the U.S. However, shortly after Twain announced that she would be taking a break from music with no album release in sight.

The return
Twain returned to music in 2011 and likely won’t fade from view anytime soon. She released her first single in six years, “Today Is Your Day.” She continued on her career with a headlining show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas called, “Still the One,” which ran from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, she told the public she is returning to touring for the first time in 11 years and had an album in the works with more of a soul music vibe. Fans are excited to see what is in store.

Twain is a staple of country music, and fans rave about the energy of her live performances. Don’t miss out on your chance to experience the legend, Shania Twain.
